John Whisenant

GORE ? John Harold Whisenant, 85, of Gore died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2007, in Muskogee, Okla. He was born Feb. 2, 1921, in Tahlequah, Okla. He was a retired educator, Gore High School principal, a graduate of Gore High School, attended Connors Junior College, Northeastern State University, Oklahoma State University and University of Arizona, an Army veteran of World War II attended Gore United Methodist Church and the widower of Lura Whisenant.
