Clara Maye BAKER, 71, of Sims, passed away in her home on July 5, 2000. She was born on August 6, 1928 in Ozark, to the late Joe Whisenhunt and the late Emma Elder Whisemhunt. She was preceded in death by one son Dale Vines, two brothers Witt Whisenhunt and Woodrow Whisenhunt and one sister Lorene Vines. Survivors are her husband Victor Baker, one son Douglass Vines, two sisters Allie Vines and Eula Fae Blackburn, one brother Doyle Whisenhunt and three grandchildren Amanda, Adam and Courtney. Graveside service was at the Lone Valley Cemetery in Sims. With Bro. Dee Goss and Silas Breashears officiating. Services were July 8, under the direction of the Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida.
