Iva M. Whisenhunt
IVA M. WHISENHUNT was born Dec. 1, 1904 in Eufaula, Indian Territory to John and Fannie (Edward) McGuire. She married Dee Whisenhunt on Dec. 23, 1924 in Texann, and died Thursday Jan. 13, 2000 in Checotah. Services were Jan 17, 2000 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial in Triplett Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Harold Whisenhunt of Park Hill and Ernie Whisenhunt of Checotah; one daughter, Neva Phillips of Texanna. Preceded in death by her husband in 1990.
