Mary Virginia Whisenant Dunn

Graveside services for Mary Dunn, 74, of Crosbyton will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 22, 2008 in the Crosbyton Cemetery with Rev. Lee Crouch officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.

Mary passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock.

She was born Dec. 24, 1933 in Dallas to the late Clarence and Addie Lois (Taylor) Whisenant. On Jan. 27, 1951 she married Jimmy Dunn in Denton. He preceded her in death on Dec. 9, 1991.

Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son and his wife, Jimmy Dunn, Jr. and Vickie of Lubbock; a daughter, Virginia Davis of Lubbock; three grandchildren, Julie Beaver and husband Chad of Lubbock, Natilie Dunn Furdek of Austin, Brandi Davis of Lubbock; four great grandchildren, Jaiden Virginia Tucker, Ethan Beaver, Lauren Beaver and Nickolas Furdek.
