Beb Whisenhunt Chambers

Funeral for Beb Chambers, 56, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Al Potts, pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Chambers died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009, in Dallas.

Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

She was born Aug. 9, 1953, in Lawton, to Robert and Ophelia Whisenhunt. She attended Lawton Public Schools and graduated from Lawton High School in 1971. She married Randy Chambers on March 26, 1977, at the Holy City of the Wichitas. She was employed by Fidelity Communications, formerly Lawton Cablevision, for 30 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church

Survivors include her husband, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Mandy and Eric Wells, Fulton, Ky. and their son, Tyler, and their twins: Sarah and Zebulun; a son, Matthew Chambers and his girlfriend, Jessica Walters, both of Fletcher; a nephew, Ted Lash, Burkburnett, Texas; sisters-in-law and their husbands: Sharon and Wayne Wise, Newton, N.C.; and Shelia and Terry McDaniel, Valliant; and a brother-in-law and his wife, Gary and Patsy Chambers, Lawton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sharon Lash; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harley and Thelma Chambers.
