Mrs. Peggy Ruth Whisnant Hardy, 52, of 3331 Mundy Road, died Monday, Dec. 14 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.

Mrs. Peggy Ruth Whisnant Hardy, 52, of 3331 Mundy Road, died Monday, Dec. 14, 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hardy, a native of Richmond County, had been a centerless grinder at Greenfield Industries for 21 years. She was a bowler, and she was a Baptist.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Lee Hardy; three daughters, Mary Elizabeth Hardy and Wanda Jean Hardy, both of Augusta, and Loretta Lynn Daniels, Hephzibah; a brother, Jackson Eugene Whisnant, Saganaw, Texas; two sisters, Judy Lanette Haree, Loris, S.C., and Janice Elnora Riden, Anderson, S.C.; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Russell Newman, Bill Hardy Jr., Michael Daniels and Frankie Hardy.
