Lula E. Whisenhunt

Sand Flat Texas: Services for Miss Lula Whisenhunt Friday Oct. 13, 1933 she died 10/12/1933 at the home of her parents in the Sand Flat Community, Van Zandt County Texas.

Burial will be in the Sand Flat Cemetery.

Miss Whisenhunt was born May 27, 1894, to Joseph L Whisenhunt and Leona E (Crotts) Whisenhunt, in Star City, Lincoln County Arkansas. She came to the Van Zandt County area with her family in 1919.

She was preceded in death by one brother Joseph E Whisenhunt and two sisters Ollie Mae and Martha E Whisenhunt.

Survivors include her parents Joseph L and Leona E Whisenhunt three brothers, Authur C, John W. and James (Jim) Whisenhunt, two sisters Mary Elizabeth Carpenter, of Silver Lake Texas, and Bessie L Elkins of Sand Flat., many nieces and nephews.
