Earl W. Whisenant, Jr.

Earl W. Whisenant Jr., 70, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, in Wichita Falls.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Holliday, with Rev. Darryl Sewell, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Holliday Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Mr. Whisenant worked for many years as a carpenter.

Survivors include his wife, Margie Whisenant of Holliday, two sisters, Betty Trosper of Hemet, Calif., and Corene Williams of Holliday, son, Clinton Earl of Alexandria, La., son, Kenneth Bond of Holliday, son, Jim Lowe of Henrietta, daughter, Terrie Duncan of Wichita Falls, son, Tom Lowe of Holliday, daughter, Julia Hernandez of Fort Worth; and eight grandchildren.
