Margaret Mae Whisenhunt
Margaret Mae Whisenhunt, 79, of Marble Falls died August 10, 2009. Born July 22, 1930 in Monroe, Louisiana, Margaret was the daughter of Charles and Opal (Kelly) Smith. Margaret was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and had taught a young married women's class at First Baptist Church for many years. She was always ready to share her love of the Lord Jesus Christ with everyone she met. Margaret is survived by her husband, Dick, of Marble Falls; son and daughter-in-law, David and Michele Whisenhunt of Houston; daughters and sons-in-law: Annette and Rodney Hill of San Antonio and Melanie and Steve Sivells of Austin; granddaughters: Leigh Cook and husband Ray, Audrey Whisenhunt, Christine Hill, and Andrea Sivells; grandsons: Richard Whisenhunt and wife Brooke, Joshua Hill and wife Kara, Andrew Hill, Jason Sivells, and Matthew Sivells; great-grandchildren: Ray Cook IV, Julia Cook and Jack Whisenhunt. She is also survived by many other relatives and close friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and son, John Whisenhunt. Visitation will be Friday, August 14, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Max Copeland, Matt Homeyer and Philip Whisenhunt officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, PO Box 749, Marble Falls, TX 78654.
