Patty Whisnant

Patty Jean Whisnant, 33 of Lenoir, passed away Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008 at her residence.

She was born Nov. 14, 1974 in Caldwell County to Pattie Triplett and Richard Whisnant Jr., both of Lenoir.
Ms. Whisnant was employed at the Sonic Drive In, Lenoir.

Survivors, in addition to her parents include, two daughters, Nikki Yates and Paige Yates, both of Lenoir; sisters, Reba Whisnant, Chrissy Whisnant, Alise Reid and Crystal Lingle of Lenoir; brothers, Mike Whisnant and Ricky Whisnant and Jay Bristol of Lenoir; her grandmother, Delphia Whisnant; nephew, Mike Whisnant Jr. of Lenoir; niece, Mindy Whisnant of Lenoir; sister-in-law, Wendy Annas of Lenoir; and her fianc?©, Danny Snyder of Lenoir; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at 2 p.m. in the Bass-Smith Granite Chapel with the Reverend Waitsel Beard officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hartland Cemetery, Lenoir. The family will receive friends from before the service on Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Bass-Smith Granite.
