Johnie Lou Whisenhunt Dickey

Ravenna - Funeral services for Mrs. Johnie Lou Dickey, age 75 of Ravenna will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, Cooper-Sorrells Chapel in Bonham. Officiating will be Rev. Cal Renfro and Rev. Claude Robbins, interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Dickey passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007 in Seven Oaks Care Center in Bonham.

She was born on November 13, 1932 in New Hope Communtiy, Texas, the daughter of the late Wise and Ethel Dunn Whisenhunt. Mrs. Dickey was married to T.C. Dickey on June 4, 1951 in Bonham, Texas, he preceded her in death on July 22, 2005. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by Son - Keith Dickey & wife Suzann of Bonham. Precious Grandsons - Mathhew Dillon and Hagen Drew Dickey. Sisters - Lela Morris of Bonham and Mary Ethel Fogle of Ravenna. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

In additon to her parents and husband Mrs. Dickey was preceded in death her brothers - Jimmie Whisenhunt, Harold Whisenhunt and Floyd Whisenhunt and Sister - Willorene Barton.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:30 PM Sunday night at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham.

Pallbearers will be Blanton Haynes, Wayne Titsworth, Roger Ball, Maurice Walker, Billy Sangster, Jimmy Kerr, Anthony Jones and Bob Weaver.
