Marion Whisenand

MARION L. WHISENAND Passed away Sept. 5, 2009 in Riverside, CA at the age of 85 years. Born in Colorado Springs, CO, he lived in Riverside for 15 years. Marion served our country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He continued serving people as an appliance repairman for Sears for 33 years, retiring in 1985. Mr. Marion L. Whisenand is survived by his beloved wife, Betty, of 63 years. Loving father of Winona Stoecklein of San Clemente, CA, Debra Snyder of St. George, Utah and D. Mark Whisenand of Las Vegas, NV. Devoted grandfather of 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Survived also by 2 brothers. Family and friends may call Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 at 9;30 a.m. and are invited to attend the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. in Akes Family's "Chapel Of The Chimes".
