Reginald Foster Whisnant

Reginald Foster Whisnant of 120 Bailey St. died Sunday, Aug. 15, 1999.

Mr. Whisnant was a son of Charles Aaron and Geneva Perrin Whisnant. Services will be at 2 Pam. today at Lofton
Grove Baptist Church, Elberton.

Burial will be in Lincoln Heights Cemetery.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include two brothers, Terrannce begin, Vallejo, Calif., and Tyson Whisnant, Elberton; and grandmother, Genell Penin, Elberton. C.W. Phelps Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
