Steven C. Whisenant CHESAPEAKE - Steven C. Whisenant, 52, passed away April 28, 2010. Steven is survived by his parents, Margaret, and Charles; brother, Scott; daughter, Tonya; a grandson, two nephews and a niece. A memorial service will be held at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, Saturday at 2 p.m.
