Acie Theodore Whisenant

Mr. Acie Theodore Whisenant, age 88, of Conroe, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2004, at Houston V.A. Medical Center in Houston, Texas. He was a member of East Winnfield Baptist Church. He Served in the Navy during World War II.

He was the son of the late Sept Whisenant and the late Oler (Gorham) Whisenant.

He is survived by his wife Cleo (Carpenter) Whisenant of Conroe, Texas;

One Son, Donnis Whisenant and his wife Kathy of Conroe, Texas

Four grandchildren Six great-grandchildren

Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Homes, Inc., 202 E. Lafayette St., Winnfield, La., where the family will receive friends from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, December 15, 2004 and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, December 16, 2004. Funeral service will be at Southern Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM Monday, December 16, 2004 , with Rev. Dick DeBusk officiating. Interment will be at Union Cemetery in Joyce, La.
