Marilyn Jane Wilkens Whisenhunt

WHISENHUNT-Marilyn Jane Wilkens Whisenhunt, was born October 3, 1929 in Chicago, IL and passed away on September 22, 2007 in Seguin, TX. She moved to CA in 1958 and then to TX in 1983 where she lived until her passing. Marilyn was a registered nurse for over 40 years having trained in Moline, IL. She worked at Methodist Hospital in Arcadia, CA for 23 years, were she was head nurse of OBGYN and at Guadalupe Valley Hospital in Seguin, TX for 5 year s. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Raymond and her cherished daughter Jane Wilkens. She also leaves her brothers Leon F. Wilkens, Bill Biggerstaff and 4 step children, 4 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29 at 11:00 am with a chapel service beginning at noon both at Turner Stevens Live Oak Chapel. Burial will follow at Turner Stevens Live Oak Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Mari lyn's name.
