Curtiss Whisennant Sr.

LEXINGTON — Graveside services for Curtiss Gregory Whisennant, Sr., 73, will be held at 3 pm Sunday, April 3, 2005, in Lybrand Cemetery, conducted by Rev. Richard Knight. Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia is in charge. Mr. Whisennant died April 1, 2005. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Willie Eddie and Leedell McRoberts Whisennant. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy W. (Frank) Seeby of Lexington; sons and daughters-in-law, Curtiss Gregory (Joyce) Whisennant, Jr. of Gilbert and Robert Dean (Brenda) Whisennant of Cayce; sisters, Valenious Goddard of CA and Vivian Branham of West Columbia; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. www.thompsonsfuneral.com
