Loy Whisenand

A funeral will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, in Henrici Building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Oregon City for Loy Whisenand, who died Nov. 26 at age 90.

Loy Changas was born Nov. 18, 1917, in East Moline, Ill. She was an executive secretary in Honolulu and lived in Palm Desert, Calif., before moving to Oregon City in 2002. In 1971, she married George V.; he died in 1983.

Survivors include his daughter, Penny Lundgreen; sister, Sadie Bakeris; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
