Justin Dean(JD) Whisenhunt of Arkoma(LeFlore County), Oklahoma, formerly of Dunsmuir(Siskiyou County), Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008, in Algeria, North Africa, while he was working there. JD was born in 1980 in Vancouver(Clark County), Washington. He was employed by Haliburton Energy Service since 2004. Justin truly loved his life and lived it to the fullest.

Mr. Whisenhunt was of the Baptist faith.

Justin Dean was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Bill Whisenhunt; and maternal grandparents: Andy and Vicki Wheeler.

J.D. was survived by his paternal grandmother: Donna Whisenhunt of Heavener, Oklahoma; his father: Ken Whisenhunt, of Heavener, Oklahom; uncles & aunts: Rick and Donna Godsby of the home, Larry and Karen Williams of Dewey, Arizona, Kermit and Sandi Whisenhunt of Redding, California; his mother: Terri Whisenhunt of Redding, California; sister and brother-in-law; Sheena and Steven Starr of Redding, California; sister: Vanessa Parnell of Yreka, California; two aunts: Debbie Cox of Redding, California; and Ranee Wheeler of Vancouver, Washington; one niece and two nephews.

Funeral services will held on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at 11:00a.m. at the Dowden Funeral HOme Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers were: Joshua James, Roger Hayward, Doug Martin, Les Martin, Cody Parson, and Jamie Cox.
