Mary Carver
Funeral services were conducted October 18 for Mary L. Carver, 74, of Burney. Burial was at the Burney District Cemetery.
Mrs. Carver died of natural causes October 12, 2008 at Shasta Regional Hospital in Redding.
She was born November 10, 1933 in Smithville, Oklahoma and moved to the area in 1961 from McCloud.
She was a lumber grader at Fiber Board Corporation.
She is survived by her husband Roy; daughter Pam Henderson of Burney; brother’s Ben Whisenhunt of Burney, Bill Whisenhunt of DeQueen, Arkansas, and George Whisenhunt of DeQueen, Arkansas; sister Betty Rowland of Burney and five grandchildren.
