Opal Marie Hoover Whisenhunt

Funeral services for Opal Marie WHISENHUNT, 80, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Long Community Church, with the Revs. Curtis Mitchell and Eugene Kester officiating. Burial is in Long Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. WHISENHUNT was born Aug. 19, 1920, in Van Buren, Ark., to James and Mary (MYERS) HOOVER. She died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include her husband Buster WHISENHUNT of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Everett; one brother, Gene; two granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
