Yvonne Dunlap

ODESSA Yvonne Dunlap, 77, passed away Jan. 15, 2011 in Georgetown, Texas.

Yvonne was born on April 17, 1933 in Forsan, Texas to Louis and Opal Morris Whisenhunt.

Yvonne enjoyed many adventures including big game hunting with her husband in Africa, trips to Las Vegas and Bingo. She looked forward to camping trips with her granddaughter and friends. She was a gracious hostess, lived life to the fullest and had an amazing sense of humor. She was a friend to many, generous and loving to all who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her life. She will be greatly missed.

Yvonne is survived by her husband Jerry, son Greg and numerous other loving relatives.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of thirty five years, Ralph "Tommy" Thompson.

A visitation and the Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at Sunset Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Odessa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa.
