Martha Blevins Rudd, age 74, of Warren died Saturday at 7:55 PM at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. She was born December 26, 1931 in Warren the daughter of Nelson W. and Hazel A. (Kelley) Blevins.

She worked for many years as a cook and waitress in several area restaurants. Mrs. Rudd was a member of Charity Baptist Church and the Austin Village Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Nancy A. White of Cortland, Jonnie Rae Snyder of Bristolville and Dena M. Rudd of Warren; two sons, Charles N. Whisenand of Cresson, TX and Terry E. Rudd of Eulis, TX; three brothers, Herbert and Roy "Ray" Blevins both of Warren and Virgil "Butch" Blevins of Champion Twp.; 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Mrs. Rudd was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Ray Rudd in 2001; one son, George T. "Shultz" Whisenand and 3 sisters and 5 brothers.

Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 15, 2006 with Pastor Homer Ham officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
