MAVIS "JACKIE" COLE

COLE, MAVIS "JACKIE" age 80, went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Herschel "Shine" Cole; her daughter, Sharon Jones; her parents Dora and Ivy Whisenhunt and ten siblings. She is survived by five children Darrell (Peggy) Cole, Dale (Pat) Cole, Beverly (Anita) Cole, Cindy (Eddie) Dougherty and Gail (Donnie) Flowers; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister Nona (Don) Cash. Jackie has been a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will never be forgotten; living in our hearts until we meet with her again in heaven. All services will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Family and friends will be received from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Sunday, June 5th. The memorial service will take place at 1:00pm on Monday, June 6th with a graveside service to follow at Liberty Church in Odenville.
