Lenora Marie Whisenhunt Kennedy

Services for Lenora Kennedy, 86, Lake Striker, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Lowe Funeral Home, Quitman.

Burial will be in Sabine Cemetery.

Mrs. Kennedy died Oct. 15, 2011.

She was born Dec. 19, 1924, in Oklahoma. She was a Baptist and a homemaker.

Survivors include sons, James and Mary Kennedy, St. Louis, Mo., and J.C. and Myrtis Kennedy, Shreveport, La.; sisters, Maurene Smith, San Antonio, Nadene Keene, Toledo, Ore., Jessie Singletary, Houston; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
