Paul Haskell Whisenhunt

Paul Haskell Whisenhunt, 86, of Fort Smith, passed away June 7, 2012 in Fort Smith.
He was born April 23, 1926 in Midland, AR to John and Blanch Whisenhunt.

He was retired from Arkansas Best Freight and was a member of the Hackett United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Hackett United Methodist Church with burial at Mt. View Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife Bobbie Sue , two daughters Donna Jo Hilgendorf of Fort Smith and Laurie Knight and husband Jerry of Fort Smith, grandsons Ricky Belk and wife Julie of Glenpool, OK, Josh Belk and wife Leigha of Lavaca and Max Hilgendorf of Fort Smith, great grandchildren Braden, Addison, Tyler and Derek and one sister Eva Finlay of Fort Smith.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Belk, Josh Belk, Max Hilgendorf, Jerry Knight, Les Findlay, Tyler Graham and Derek Miner.

The family will visit with friends Friday, June 8, 2012, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at Edwards funeral home in Fort Smith.
