WINNFIELD — Services for Eunice Whisonant will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Southern with the Rev. Paul Johnston officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories.

Mrs. Whisonant, 82, of Winnfield died at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria.

She was a native of Ouachita Parish and a member of South Winnfield Baptist Church. She was also a member of the American Legion and the Home Demonstration Club.

Survivors include three daughters, Marie Barber of Chattanooga, Tenn., Frances Prewett of St. Louis, Mo., and Margie Hazen of Omaha, Neb.; one brother, Roy Wagoner of Winnfield; two sisters, Francille Jordan and Betty Howell, both of Winnfield; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Friday in the funeral home.
