Elaine Whisenhunt

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, March 11, 2013, Mrs. Elaine Whisenhunt, 61, wife of Mr. Steven L. Whisenhunt.

Mrs. Whisenhunt was a native and life long resident of Augusta, GA. She was an avid reader and had a close and personal relationship with God.

Family members in addition to her husband include sons: Randy Carver, Jr. (Doni) of Augusta, Reuben Carver (Tami) of Edgefield, SC and Ryan Carver of Augusta; step-son: Matthew Dudley Whisenhunt of Cody, WY; sister: Velvet Hammonds (Guy) of Phenix City, AL; brothers: Howard P. Hall, Jr. (Patsy) of Augusta and Byron Hall (June) of Augusta; granddaughter: Madison Carver; grandson: Nicholas Carver and two step-granddaughters: Kirsten Harper and Hailey Crawford.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Hal Hodgens officiating.
