Wayne O. Whisnant, age 77, of North East, MD, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2009, at the Perry Point VA Medical Center in Perry Point, MD.

Mr. Whisnant was born on March 21, 1931, in Hickory, NC, to the late Jay Thomas and Kathleen Maria Whisnant.
