WILLIS W. WHISENANT

Willis "Bill" Walter Whisenant, 73, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013.

He was the son of the late George Toy Whisenant and Reldy Mull Whisenant. Bill was also preceded in death by five brothers, Levi, Russell, George Toy Jr., Conley and Marshall Toy; and two sisters, Bessie Copeland and Margie Reason.

He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Waugh; girlfriend, Margaret Burfoot; sister, Mary Sue W. Archer and husband, Honey; brothers, Bob Whisenant and wife, Jean, and Ralph Whisenant and wife, Betty.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, 201, at Ivor United Methodist Church. The family is being served by R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, Wakefield Chapel.
