Mary Crews Whisenhunt


Mary Whisenhunt, age 74, of Glenwood, died Thursday, December 26, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Whisenhunt; her father, Wesley Crews; her grandson, James Keith Outler; and three siblings, Laquita Smith, Harold Crews and Ricky Crews.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by five children and their spouses, Nikki Whisenhunt of Clarksville, Marsha Harlan of Clarksville, Billy and Cherie Whisenhunt of Hopper, Pam and Donnie Barrett of Kirby and Brenda and Danny Outler of Glenwood; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her mother, Hazel A. Crews of Hot Springs; her brother, Orville Crews of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 28, 2013, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with John Hall officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Interment will be in the Jones Cemetery near Amity.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Harlan, Wesley Whisenhunt, Tyler Whisenhunt, Brandon Woodall, Derek Woodall and Tim Persons.
