SAWICKI, Mrs. Dan

Mrs. Dan Sawicki (nee Whisenant) died Tuesday, December 2nd in Bastrop, Texas. Dan was born in 1918 in Ranger, Tx as part of a large farm family. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and met her husband, Phil (Felix James Sawicki) in 1945 just after WWII. Married in 1946, Dan and Phil had three sons and were married for 41 years. Dan is survived by her three sons, Felix (Eve), Richard, Gary (Debbie) and two grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn and Felix Matthew (Victoria). Memorial service is Saturday, December 6th at 10 am at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, 2079 Hwy 71 East in Bastrop, followed by a graveside farewell and a reception.
