Nolen E. WHISENANT
Nolen E. Whisenant, of Austin, TX, passed away on February 8, 2015 at the age of 85. He was born in Austin on November 27, 1929 to parents Ida Mae (Dunham) and James B. Whisenant.
Nolen is survived by his wife of 64 years, Laverne (Abel) Whisenant, daughter Denice Graham and husband Robert, and sisters Hazel Sessler, Marilyn Tullock, Janice Bennett, Geraldine Salter, and Mary Reaves.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert Whisenant, and sisters Virginia Jirasek, Lilly Mae Verrell, and Mildred Parker.
Funeral service will take place at Beck Funeral Home, Austin, TX. Interment will follow at Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, TX.
