Lois Rebecca Perry Whisnant, 82, of Youngsville, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Rex Hospital. She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Artelia Mitchell Floyd and Hubert Lee Perry.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning, June 19, 2015 at New Hope Christian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Barham officiating.

Mrs. Whisnant is survived by her sister, Dorothy Mullen; brother, Glen Perry and wife, Patricia; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Whisnant; sister, Vivian Duke; brother, Donald Perry and by her step-father, Felix Floyd.
