Alford, Mass., April16 --Dr. John C. Whisenant, urologist and surgeon, died yesterday at his home here after a long illness. He was 67 years old.

Dr. Whisenant moved here from White Plains, N.Y., in 1953, after retiring from practice. For many years he was head urologist at the Mount Kisco, Tarrytown and White Plains Hospitals.

Dr. Whisenant was assistant surgeon in the orthopedic department of New York Hospital from 1925 to 1935. From 1933 until his retirement he was urologist at Sing Sing Prision, Ossinging, N.Y.

Surviving are his widow, Loretta; a daughter, Lucille, and a son, Frank.
